I've heard from other NB users that HELP [framename]
crashes NBWin. Don't even try it (well, too late now)! You can
CAll XYWWWEB.INF and browse it or use SEarch commands to find
information in it, but the automated HELP function evidently wreaks
havoc. Don't know why, yet.

As for regular U2 commands (programs), some (most?) work, some
don't. As you said.
