Yes. I tried again and I did get through and for the first time I
talked to a real person and he was helpful; he's sending me a printer
driver. Thanks.

OK. I'll take care of the $15 and do the upgrade. But first, tell
me, have Orbis and Ibid also been upgraded? If so, am I going to
have to fork over money for them as well? You see, my problem is
that I think I never got a fully-functional Xy4/Ibid/Orbis. The
things just never worked right. And now I have to pay to get stuff
that I hope has been debugged.
Well, please let me know about the status of Orbis and Ibid.
