U.S. snail rates just went up (effective 8 January 2006).
If you use U2 frames POSTAGE or POSTAGE2 to calculate U.S. first-
class postage, you will need to edit XYWWWEB.REG as follows (command
REGEDIT POSTAGE):

First_Ounce=.39
Extra_Ounces=.24
;
[Postage2]
Initial_Rate=.39
Next_Rate=.24
