Error Beep Re Search

  Jim,
  With Xy4 for DOS, I can't seem to trap errors fully, so that when I'm doing
a search or change which comes up empty, even though I have if in the code,
it beeps at me and says "Error 14" (I think that's the number) and, worst of
all, it waits for input from me before printing the "Not found" and going on to
where the code branched to. How come?
