Harry -
I think some folks are misinterpreting your question. Do you want to expand
your abbreviations as you type them, or in a bunch when you're done with the
initial pass thru the document? The as-you-type is as advertised elsewhere:
just set the toggle for autoreplace. OR, if you want to expand each
abbreviation selectively, hit the Ctrl key by itself just after you type the
abbreviation (assuming it's expanded in your SPL file).

If you want to expand all abbreviations at once, after entering all of them,
I think you can use the batch spelling checker. I'm a little hazy at this
point about how it works.
