Signature ? Guys, I could have sworn I was using that feature a real long time ago, in Xy-3. Outlining, which could get fairly elaborate, at times. I probably even had some basic automation of this (macros -- for indent | outdent levels) in keyboard files. I have not used it in many years . . . but I think this goes way, way back.

OMG, Harry. This was documented in Signature: Making the Transition
(XyQuest 1991), at p. 4-4 . As one of innumerable examples, run
IFEI2 against XPL code with nested IFs/EIs, then toggle into
eXPanded view.
