Spiff up your prompt messages

I just discovered a couple of special characters you can put into
your prompts (≪PRtext≫) to get more attention. XyWrite uses
them in its internal message table, so why not you?

The first is ASCII 12, the Zodiac Venus. If you put it directly
after PR and before the text starts, the prompt will show up
bright yellow on a red background, at least in the default colors
(I haven't experimented; it may be that way independent of color
settings).

The second is the piping symbol, also put directly after the PR.
It makes the prompt text red.

These won't show up when you merely cursor over the triangle --
you have to actually run them in an XPL program.

If you also want a beep to alert the user, you can precede the PR
with BX
(beep).
