Strange error with 'callup'

Ps A further oddity

When I call ASPL from the keyboard:

65=JM,(,2,.,a,s,p,l,g,b,)
it will not start if the file is too long. However it seems to work
from the command line. I have no idea what this might mean. Is the
keyboard assignment correct? (It does work with that for short files.)

I have not been using XY4 for a while and on returning I find strange
behaviour with 'Callup'. When I place the cursor on a directory and
command CALLUP Helpkey I get the message 'file not found' followed by
'there is no command on the command line' followed by access denied' and
then the directory is opened. Ie it works but only after a series of
error messages. I am using U2 release 2017-07-31.
