Mailmerge in XY/Win

I'd appreciate any help in or ideas for solving the following mailmerge problem
in XyWrite for Windows.

My data file and main file seem to be created with no problems. I have
confirmation of this in that when I preview the files on screen they look
perfect.

Yet, when I try to print them, all I get is a copy of the main file, as if I
had simply given the command to print it by itself. I get the same result
whether I use the menu or the command line.
