Missing Echo from freelists solved

For those who use Gmail either directly or Gmail is your institutional server, if you are not receiving an echo of your posts from Freelists, this is by Gmail design to reduce clutter. Here's a Gmail forum post that examines the issue and offers an answer (as opposed to a solution). The solution comes from Carl and is mentioned in the Gmail forum thread. CC or BCC for xywrite@freelists post to yourself if you want a record of your posts or want to see what you've just sent. Here's the forum thread:
