Avi --
There are a number of programs.
IBM's Lotus WordPro does a fairly good job of converting XY3 (and presumably,
as advertised, XY4) to WordPro format, and then saving as a Word or RTF
file. Full versions of Word Perfect can read and convert an XY3 file,
which can then be saved as a Word or RTF document. With either of the
foregoing and most other conversion filters, unless you specify margins in the
file (rather than as a default at startup), you will have to redo margins by hand in the output format.
Among other stand alone conversion
programs, I use an old version of Advanced Computer Innovations' filter,
available at http://www.acii.com/. Blueberry Software's Filtrix, which I have never used, claims
it can convert XY3 .
Hope this helps.
