RE: virus protection for the elderly



Its best, every once in a while to clean out the whole mess and
rebuild from the ground up. This would certainly be the case when
making the change from Win95 to Win98SE.

But you probably don't want to do a W98 install directly over top
of
W95. I have seen that result in a monstrosity that is neither
fish
nor fowl, on more than one occasion. However, I'm no authority
on
this. Your mileage may vary.
