Copyflow Extract tool

Does anyone out there use the Copyflow extract tool for extracting text from
Quark pages into Xywrite?

We use it in v 3.32 (on the mac) and are having our mac upgraded and Quark
4.1 installed. Does anyone know if it still will work in this version?
Also where can you get a new version from and how much is it?
