Okay, Xywriters, now the question formerly too hot to handle. We're not
supposed to talk about it, but here goes. How do you prefer to use the
modes? I mean good ol' mdul, mdbo, etc. Am I the only one who does NOT use
DeFine block as a means to entering modes?
I have on ctrl-u and on ctrl-n. Virtually the only other one I
use is , which is, you guessed it, on ctrl-b. So when I want to
underline text I just hit ctrl-u at the start and then type (or move cursor
through existing text) then hit ctrl-n at the right place.
Is there some advantage to having to DeFine the damn thing? Doing that
requires at least one extra keystroke (the one for XD--cancel define).
Regards,
Harry
