does anybody out there use headroom with xywrite? i have a user who is
experiencing technical difficulties unlike any i've ever seen, and his only
distinguishing characteristic (personally or otherwise, besides the fact that
he is british) is that he uses this utility called headroom (it's a tsr). he
insists that he's installed it according to all the directions, etc. (i'm in
the process of checking this out). however, he gets weird things like: he
stores a file and instead of updating the file, it gets stored to a completely
different file in a completely different directory. the original file remains
in its un-updated version. or, when he saves a file, he gets a "path not
found" error. any ideas, oh xywrite demigods/demigoddesses? brenda, ota
