My experience has been a little better than that: NB has been easy to
use/adapt to, especially since most of my old XY stuff seems to work fine
with it. The NB tech people have been quite helpful--even if a little slow
on the turnaround (perhaps from overwork ?). And they seem actively
interested in supporting and developing the program.
