My experience with XyWrite III+ indicates that whether or not NI is
required is determined, among other things, by the operating system being
used. Keyboard definitions which worked perfectly well directly under Dos 6
stopped working when I migrated to Os/2 Warp 3 (and resumed correct working
when I prefixed them with NI).
