Re: OT: query regarding HTML

FireFox reports: "Could not find any matching Add-Ons."  So maybe it is something other than a standard browser extension ?  They have done a major overhaul of their browser extensions infrastructure anyway, now requiring that these be signed and approved.  But I'd like to see if this will play nice with current issue FF.  (I'm using Portable ESR FF 4570, which offers exceptions to much of the aforementioned restrictions.)

Jordan,

You may want to check out a browser add-on called CleanPrint
(www.formatdynamics.com/). It provides lots of flexibility in
formatting printed output from web pages. You can pick and choose
which page elements to include or exclude, play with type sizes, etc.
The output can be directed to a printer, a PDF, or a "text" (RTF) file
that can be edited in Word or another word-processor. It was recently
mentioned on the Nota Bene mailing list, and I've been using it
happily. Here's an example of a printout that I formatted in Word:

I like that CleanPrint allows me to include and (re)format photos and
graphics from web pages whose Print button normally produces only the

text.
