The trouble comes with the JM to the timeout.
If I replace that with a 2 second pause, I get a blank resultant file.
I don't think the .exe is doing its job. I can't fathom what the DOS
command content is here:

Another question: Is there any difference when you launch these frames
with
ENC ?2
DEC ?2
"" means a bare carriage return or a bare func XC, not Helpkey,
$X, $H, or anything else.
