Thanks Bill and Carl for the reply. Troubleshooting this morning, I
discovered that the program hangs the system more than I want to tolerate,
so I'm returning it. I wanted to experiment with CD-RW's but I'm coming
around to Bill's POV. I'm going to install a firewire port on this ancient
machine, get myself a Lacie 160G Firewire drive and be done with the
problem. Too bad packet-writing is still so buggy. Guess the floppy disk is
here to stay. BTW Bill I use Nero. And I agree, ISO at least makes your
disks swapable.

What are the subsub dir names? Are they 8.3, or longer? Xy of
course only understands 8.3.
