I guess I'm lagging far behind on this issue because: 1) I despise Windows and
go out of my way to avoid it, 2) When I am in Windows, I haven't gone there to
run a word processor, and rarely do, & 3) Any major app. I tend to run
full-screen, which is just a personal preference.
But tell me -- what happens if you use "alternative" screen movements, rather
than leaning on a repetitive Arrow key ? A string of NW or PW functions, for
example ? (Out of the box, this may be mapped to ALT-Right-Arrow and
ALT-Left-Arrow.) My keyboard has variants of PW / NW too, which go to the end
of the adjacent word, instead of the beginning. I also have macros that jump
1/2 screen Up, Down, Right, or Left, and scroll the file 1/2 screen up or down.
I'm just wondering what the limits of the problem may be, and if there might be
any workarounds.
