Hi all ... lights back on now .... boy you sure appreciate things when you
lose them for a while (love that microwave, love that lamp, love that
ceiling fan ...)
I've learned more in the past week from you guys than I would have thought
possible, without studying ... thanks ...
Before I lose ALL credibility I want to explain something I said, re loading
that "DOS directory" ....
I said -- >
... don't remember specifics now ... and don't want to go researching, in
the dark ... but I remember I proved to myself that I was doing what I
thought I was doing ....
-- what I meant by "proved to myself that I was doing what I thought I was
doing" ... I proved that I was successfully using the directory I loaded
instead of the new one .... not that I proved to myself I was loading all of
DOS ... I instinctively knew I wasn't .... I guess I thought I was loading
more of DOS than I really was, but I knew it couldn't possibly be all of it
..
Well, bye for now, love that TV too ... which hasn't been turned on yet
today, but here goes ....
