Updated Xy4.DLG

I have installed the new version of XyWWWeb (v.116) and I have updated
my XY4.DLG, as indicated. But this version of XY4.DLG includes Stack v.
3.1 (instead of v. 3.2) and the "Tom's new version" frame is the old
one. For the moment, for the sake of compatibility, I have installed it
but I would like to know if it's convenient to replace the included
Stack version with the new one.
