I am in an anomalous position. I don't want to stop W10 updates, but
I do want to control them. So I tried setting the 'metered connexion'
flag on. Ever since then, about six week s ago, it has been
impossible for me to get an update. The last set of updates, on 24
Feb, simply 'failed to install' and no others have been installed
since early January. Not quite sure what to do about this!
