Robert, I understand your frustration. We do have your files in Development and
are able to duplicate the problem (I forwarded another message to you before
reading this message by the way). Please remember that when we profess to have
a fix for a feature (i.e. Chain Printing), there could be dozens of bugs
related to such a feature. This is not to diminish your problem at all. When
Support indicates that there is a fix for a feature problem, that information
should be conveyed in a very specific manner, isolating in on the fixed
problem.
