I think that 0A is actually hex for 10 and 0D is hex for 13.

Yep, i see these too!

While i was able to find the special menu item, it didn't place the character
on the command line for the CIA. If i entered them in via Alt+Crtl 010, the
replace made the replacement, seemingly. When i looked at the file in my hex
editor, the 0A character became FF 30 41 ( i don't know what the FF is, but the
30 & 41 are the values for '0' and 'A', respectively.

I know that this is kind of nitpicky, and i'm curious if this was something
that could be done in Xy3 but can no longer be done in Xy4. Oh, well.FYI
