I don't know if this is in fact the question you intended, but
I've always gotten at least a modicum of foreign spam, in
Cyrillic alphabets, some Asian languages -- you name it. I'm
not entirely clear on how this happens (their hitting my email
address, which doesn't get around all that much), but I suppose
if you throw enough pebbles in enough directions you're bound
to hit _something._
