RE: XyWrite 4 under W2000/XP

I have changed a few of the settings in my settings default file, but I
wouldn't characterize the changes as major or customized. The only keyboard
setting I can find is KS for the repeat rate and lag time. The initial
default is 0,1. I've set mine at 0,0.

In the Windows control panel, under Keyboard, Speed, I have set the
Character Repeat Delay at Short and the Repeat Rate at Fast. I'm not sure
how the speed was set when I got the computer.

For me, using Func CN or pushing the Number Lock key requires
experimentation. Sometimes one works, sometimes the other. Sometimes, I have
to do it more than once. I work with a file open, and test until the cursor
speeds up, then I leave it alone. I discovered today after receiving your
post that I didn't need to do anything when I loaded XyWrite this morning to
get a fast cursor.
