Re: Tilde

Hark! The herald Phil Smith proclaimed:

Fairly easy one. I use the ASCII 127 as the discretionary hyphen, so the
tilde appears as an ordinary character. Near the top of your .PRN file,
in with all the other DF commands that (probably) are already there,
insert this:

   DF DH=<127>

substituting the "home plate" character off the Help | ASCII | Special menu
for the "<127>". Save the file and then reload it. (If you look at the .PRN
file again, you'll see DF DH=, but expanded mode will
make the character appear.)

Then, in your .KBD file, define a hot key for the ASCII 127 character.
I use Ctrl-Tilde (because XyWrite has programmed me to think "tilde = d_hyphen"
and old habits die hard). Save and reload the .KBD file and all should be well.

Good luck!
