Further info on Clip: I was able to copy and Paste the whole of that
megillah I sent yesterday (3=byters and all) FROM Tbird TO Xy, though
trying to Clip more than 385 bytes _within_ Xy yesterday precipitated an
Illegal Operation message. Go figure.
Also, with 437 on CommandLine, then move to text and copy and paste with
Clip, everything OK: No illegal operations, Clipped xyz bytes, copy pops
up in Editpad when I hit Ctrl-V
