That's interesting. I just tried using the xykbd.com utility from 1986 XyWrite
III era -- it makes the Webster's paste function work just fine.
I'll use that until I get the upgrade and see how that works. One of the things
I hated about using xykbd.com in dos was that after you use it, if you exit XY,
you can't do anything else unless you reboot, becasue your keyboard is locked.
Of course, in OS/2 that doesn't matter, since XY is in it's own little window,
and you don't have to exit it for anything.
And, you can just kill the window, and not reboot the entire machine. But you
can't shell to DOS in that window anymore with xykbd.com loaded, because your
keyboard is locked, and you can't type "exit" to go back. But then, in OS/2, I
really have no need to shell to dos anyway. It's no wonder they quite using
xykbd.com tho.
