Nota Bene 4.5?

I've been trying to experiment with vDosPlus and Nota Bene 4.5, but
whenever I try to launch Nota Bene (from vDosPlus), under Windows 7,
Windows displays an error message saying that it cannot load NB.OVR. I'm
probably making some elementary mistake that's been explained on the
forum more than once, but I can't figure out what it might be.
And if anyone has a vDosPlus-compatible NBCUSTOM.SET file that might be
useful, I'd be grateful if anyone could post a link.
