Hi: We're NOT close. The book is in a box at our currect home in Fort Worth,
Texas. I am currently visiting in Western Massachusetts and the earliest that I
could get a copy to you would be in mid to late September. It might be easier to
have me get it copied and send you the bill with the copy or I can send the book
and you can copy. Since we're not close, if you get a better offer, let me know.
Otherwise, when we get back to Texas, I'll find the book and E-mail you to find
out what to do. One way or the other, we'll get you a copy.
