How so, exactly? What's wrong about them?
First, I thought I might have set some of the primary variables
incorrectly because I was using an old U2 setup. After I installed U2
anew and read your explanation of the reliable defaults, I realized
the above was in error. I just wanted to make sure I had U2 working
properly before I reported a possible problem with SAVESESS in NB.
You turned off "simple sequential windows" in NB.DFL, right?
That's essential, especially for a window-related routine: df

Yes, all of that is very clear in read.me, and you conveniently cover
the same ground in the NB video.
Sometimes a bit of tinkering is required to get routines to run
in NB, but it's almost always quite minor.
Well, NB without U2 is XyWin lite, IMO, not the real deal.
