I'll wait until the dust settles to mirror the installer on XyWWWeb.

In the meantime, I've been testing vDosPlus 2017.08.01 build 2017.08.19
in XyWrite 4 with U2. Everything works nicely, and this version does
appear to run slightly faster than earlier ones.

Kudos to Wengier for keeping pace with vDos.
