xy-to-email the simplest possible way

If it is practical to have no formatting codes in your XyWrite document,
then the simplest thing to do is to open it in Eudora, select all with
control a, copy with control c, and paste into the body of your email
message with control v. That's it. To be neat, you can delete the control z
character you will see at the end of your document.
If it is a formatted document, then of course you have to adopt one of the
other suggestions.
