NO. It's a Win 3.1 app, and not merely does it not create entries in
the registry (well, a mention might get into Recent after you accessed
it, and possibly a shortcut to it does, but nothing like the way
regular 32-bit Windows apps do), it doesn't even put any of its parts
elsewhere. Everything is within the XyW directory. That's why you can
run it off a flash drive or a CD.
