Tame latest pre-release 5

Tested Tame 5.1 pre-release 5 for a hour. I'll use it the rest of the
week, and that use should reveal the glitches, if any. So far, no
freeze-up. I have been using my former _default.pif.view.tam file,
but I'll start changing all the settings just to test them. So far
smooth cursor movement and so on. No blank lines at the bottom of the
screen, no artifacts.
