Probably not. Because a DOS app running under cmd.exe gets its
proper icon. But I suspect a concatenation of deep down Windows
executables--many of which one cannot even look at under Vista.
You CANNOT open c:\documents and settings, nor can you change
permissions to allow even administrators to do so. It is strictly
off limits. Grr!
Back up cmd.exe before giving it a try.
