[Cough.] There's no need for a single program. Whichever I'm using of my
(very differently set up) systems, a click on an URL in a message in my
email client takes me to the web page in my (separate) browser; a click on
a mailto: link in my browser starts a message in my (separate) mail client.

Yes, the one in three or so websites that sports a "Netscape Now!" button.
(Well, if you're using Lynx you may not see it.) If the button remains
