Sigh... would have been >a nice thing to have. > > You can use the attached program T.pgm to do pretty much the same: it will dial any number (which has no spaces, but dashes are okay) that is at the end of a line the cursor is on. E.g., if you have a NOTES file with this line: John Doe 55 Main Street at home: 1-212-555-1212 then having the cursor anywhere on this line and invoking the program (say by having it loaded on alt-T) will dial it for you. Note: it assumes you have ADT.COM on the c: drive in root directory. And the timing loop is set for my machine--you can change the number from 28000 to keep the line off-hook for longer or shorter. It also assumes you have your modem on COM2. Harry
