Re: Xywrite Salon article; The text for our XYwrite archives

Thanks to Daniel Say for posting the article by Amy Vishup. It was witty,
mostly thoughtful, and made me smile. The ending was facile, yes, but a
working journalist doesn't have an unlimited amount of time to develop and
re-develop pithy conclusions, which (I speak as a scholar) are so hard.
Let it pass.
