Something perhaps worth pointing out:
The fax.pgm program I sent demonstrates the ability of XyWrite to launch Windows programs. The
syntax of the launch includes a "wait" command that lets the Windows program terminate
before continuing with the XPL program that called it. This allows the fax program to delete its
temp file, but not until you're done with it. The "wait" feature is part of the OS and not
XyWrite.

Other applications come to mind: the calculator, Word (for stuff that's more complex than Wordpad
can handle), and so on.
