I would say "spirited" rather than "hot." We speak our minds

Not really, I don't think. Rather some users get it to work,
and some don't. And some don't bother with it because they
neither like nor need it.
The whole thread started because I wanted to know why one particular computer was refusing the command, and I still don't know,
Well, we're trying to find out. It is, I agree, odd. Usually
it's a case of some machines can and some can't. And that,
in turn, could be the result of differences in hardware
(which I always tend to suspect, hence my questions about
BIOS, drivers, and VGA cards), differences in some setting
in Windows (almost impossible to track down), or differences
in some setting in Xy (tedious but possible to track down).
just as I don't know whether U2 works with Signature, tho' I gather it probably doesn't.
