Re: Cannot Load Printer



I'm glad Bill Troop has had good experiences with Lexmark
support, but they put me through the wringer last winter. I
finally wrote to the CEO who put some upper-level types in
charge of me and everything was solved just about
immediately--they even personally burned and sent me an
installation CD that tech support was supposed to have sent
but that didn't show up until five months later.

If tech support doesn't respond to your satisfaction, Dick,
go directly to the top.
