Mendelsohn's site is a treasure-trove of information. He has a whole essay
just on choosing monitors! But be sure to read and follow links on his
site thoroughly before you write him, as this is a sideline for him. He
can't be a consultant for all the questions his contributions raise.
Anyway, he does a good job of anticipating and answering questions in the
webspace Avrom gives below.
