Firm Plans to Enhance Content and Customer Service for Software Program That
made Estate Planning Experts Accessible from the Desktop

planning from the RIA Group, and will expand content and customer support
services. Under terms of the deal, The Technology Group will assume all
responsibility for enhancements, customer service and order fulfillment for the
product.
  The Technology Group originally developed Wealth Transfer Planning in 1993
is an expert legal system that enables users to tackle complex legal issues and
prepare customized documents. Authored by renowned estate planning expert
Jonathan Blattmachr, Wealth Transfer Planning combines expert content with
artificial intelligence, which the user accesses through an interactive
interview session.
  The company, which also developed the underlying software platform --
SmartWords -- sold the product to RIA Group in 1996.

software product, and we are dedicated to providing users with the support they
need to rely on it as an essential tool for their daily practice," said
