TTG Responses and XY/WIN 4.12

Jimmy,

I received a set of 4.12 disks within days of its announcement on
this list and me checking in by phone to determine if my
long-standing order was being processed. It wasn't, but a new order was processed.
Unfortunately, the disks I received did not install. A second
call produced in 5 days a second set of disks. This set installed
and so far xywin 4.12 has been stable and as promised.

I am using a 640x480 SVGA video driver so haven't noticed any of
the higher res problems with faxing mentioned by others. JACK
SHAFER: I haven't timed faxing via winfax pro and can't say if
4.12 speeds the process up any, have you?

The biggest change I note in day to day usage is the the spell
checker dialog box nicely stays out of the way of the text your
correcting, and the printing box is small and appears in a
different place. All of the menu changes (including using the
menu for text searches without crashing seem as promised.
