Off topic....

 Is anyone on this list using Hyperterminal to connect up
 with their IP?, or is there anyone on the list who is
 familiar with the interplay of Hyperterminal and XP?

 Simply, what would cause a cursor to freeze and unfreeze
 repeatedly? It very much seems to be a problem with the
 way XP is configured, since Hyperterminal works well on
 an old Win95 machine that I have. Any suggestions to
 remedy the problem would be appreciated.
