Bitstream Fontware fonts => Speedo fonts

I found a place that had some old Bitstream Fontware fonts. Is there any way
to convert these to Speedo fonts for used by Xy4?
I'm currently try to find the answer on Bitstream;s side as well, but was
curious if anyone here had an answer.
If so, i'd also be more than willing pass along the info on where i got
these fonts, since they did have more!
